With respect to cookies:

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart & to ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads.

Please note: Cookie laws have changed with effect from 26th May 2011.
On 26th May 2011, new laws came into force in the UK that affect most web sites. If cookies are used in a site, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (UK Regulations) provide that certain information must be given to that site’s visitors and the user must give his or her consent to the placing of the cookies.

Websitementor  believes it complies with the new rules by asking site visitors to expressly confirm that they are happy for us to remember their details.

The regulations coming into force on May 26, 2012 (deferred from 2011) need us to tell you about how we use cookies and provide you with a method of accepting or rejecting our use of them. We have a box on our checkout page that requies you to explicitly accept our Cookie policy and Terms & Conditions.

Cookies are small files containing a short string of numbers and letters placed automatically by a website into the cookie folder in your browser. Cookies are generally used to make a website easier and faster to use. The cookie recognises that a device is or has accessed the website and acts accordingly, (depending on what the cookie is designed to do). Mostly cookies perform mundane, but necessary tasks.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

– To ensure that products you as a customer add to your shopping basket remain in your basket as you go through the checkout process, so you get what you pay for.
– Ensure all parts of the website requested by visitors work correctly and appear quickly.
– Alert us whenever a page on the website or the entire website is slow and not working at all.
– Display adverts from Google that may be more relevant and useful to you. This allows us to continue providing and updating the free legal information and legal documents on the website.
– Analyse how visitors use our website, so that we can continually improve it by adding more information and services and making it easier to navigate and use.
– To remember you as a customer.

Please note none of the cookies we use contain or pass personal, confidential, financial information or any other information that could be used to identify individual visitors to the website.

Some cookies used by us are sent to your computer or mobile device as soon as the first page you view on our website is displayed. If you would like to decline our use of cookies, please do not proceed with your online order and call us instead – we can take your order over the telephone just as easily.
